Translate this opinion into English.

With an open ticket, you can access the tour of both lakes at different times. To be able to enjoy both, we arrived in Thun by train from Bern with enough time to explore the main sights of the city, which is very attractive, by the way. On an excellent boat with first and second class options, we cruised peacefully across the lake, stopping at various villages. To be able to do the same on Lake Brienz, we didn't disembark in any of the villages. Opinion translated. Show original.

It is important that you generate tickets with QR codes for boat activities where there will not be a guide waiting for you to buy tickets. This is because when checking tickets they require them and explanations must be given. Opinion translated. Show original.

I was only able to take the boat ride on Lake Thun and it was very nice. When I arrived at 4:15 p.m. for the tour of Brienz, they told me that there were no more boats leaving. It would be good if they published the departure times in different languages because nothing is understood. I spent 20 euros more for not being able to do it.

No person from Civitatis showed up, you had to figure out a bit about schedules and getting off the boat. The price is very expensive, it is better to buy the ticket and do it on your own.

Translate this opinion into English.
